Introduction to Consultants
| | Animal Expert Witness Service supports the legal profession in animal related matters. Our stable of consultants have many years of court experience. Our network of contacts extends throughout Australia and beyond, to New Zealand, the USA and Europe.
We have experts in most animal species who have previously done work for us. If we do not have an expert relating to a particular animal species we will use our extensive network to identify someone with the expertise required who is able to meet your time frames.
We source medical experts from all States, reducing potential conflicts of interest.
In unusual fields we may identify someone who has not written an expert witness report before. We will guide this expert using the tried and true format we have developed for producing expert witness reports. We will also prepare our expert witness for the 'court experience'if the matter proceeds to a hearing.
